Workshops & Fun Days

You only pay for what you paint, we do not charge you anything extra for the use of the paint and equipment, only for the items you paint at the advertised prices in our studio.

Ask for details at our studio, and we can cater for your party whether its a leaving party, a works function, company open day for families event, or a birthday party at home, we bring everything needed to make it a party to be remembered.

For nursery schools we can arrange a special day for every child to make a personalised “hug mug” to take home at the end of term.

For older children we can help you with a curriculum-based project in class or maybe a tile wall as a group project for the whole school to commemorate a special date or event.

Children's Birthday Parties

Our pottery painting parties are great fun, stimulating their young minds, each individual piece becomes a lasting memento for each child... oh... and provides

the kind of peace and calm that just doesn't come with a bouncy castle birthday party!

Suitable for children from about 4 years old and up, we can come to your home or your chosen local venue, ensuring we bring everything we need to keep the little ones amused.

At the end of the party we clean up...

Each pottery item will be glazed, fired in our kiln, wrapped & labelled with the guest's name, ready for collection within 1 week.

Our Pottery Party packages costs £14 a head for a minimum of 8 painters

Baby Hand & Foot Soft-Clay Imprints

Our little ones grow so quickly, it can be hard to remember just how small & precious they once were. At Clay 'N' Play, we imprint little hands and feet on a soft-clay tablet, and in just a few minutes, we capture _________ forever as a lasting memory.

This gift box package makes a super present and contains a gift certificate, for the soft clay imprint, taken at your home or in our studio by appointment.

The impression will be fired and glazed then mounted in a hand-finished box frame and delivered to your home or ready for collection.

The finished tablet makes a heart-warming keepsake

DIY Pottery Painting Party Kits

Our DIY Pottery Painting Kits means you can hold your own party at home or party venue, in your own time, wherever you live in the UK. Ordering is simple and your couriered kit will be delivered to your doorstep, including all the materials and equipment needed to host a great party. Each kit comes with a Party Guide giving you all the instructions and tips you need, and remember, if you are unsure of anything, we are just a phone call away and always happy to help!

Once you have finished your party, simply call us and we will arrange to have our couriers come and collect the kit and your painted pieces so that we can glaze

and fire the pottery before redelivering your completed masterpieces.

Our DIY Kits therefore provide you with flexibility to hold a party at a time that is best for you, and if a guest arrives a little late, no problem, they can still paint and and join in the fun.
